PRESERVING PERFECTION

Our glass jars are available in sizes ranging from one ounce to four ounces. Each is vacuum-sealed for freshness and offers a four-month refrigerated shelf life when unopened.

All JFC Fine Foods caviar is sustainably sourced through no-kill harvesting methods, preserving both quality and integrity. Once opened, your caviar should be refrigerated and enjoyed within 7–10 days — although, let’s be honest, it’s almost impossible not to savor it immediately.

PROPER CAVIAR CARE

As soon as your caviar arrives, place it in the coldest part of your refrigerator — ideally near the back — resting on a gel ice pack to maintain a consistent chill. For optimal quality, your caviar should be kept between 32°F and 38°F until you’re ready to serve and indulge.

For the most exquisite experience, allow the tin or jar to sit at room temperature for just a few minutes before opening — then savor immediately.

Our founder, Jordan Peagler, brings a unique blend of passion and expertise to JFC. She began her career as a chef and purveyor to superyachts, jets, and private villas around the globe, where she gained insider knowledge of the world of fine food sales and production. She quickly realized that it was an industry rife with superfluous markups and opaque business practices, and saw the opportunity to provide luxury foods with a traceable background at direct to consumer prices.

JFC's initial offering is caviar, about which we are particularly passionate- "Sturgeon have graced our planet for 250 million years, and we feel a deep responsibility to protect their future.
