Only the top five percent of each harvest earns the Platinum distinction — a rare grade reserved for the most exceptional Osetra pearls. Sustainably raised and no-kill harvested, this caviar comes from Russian Sturgeon cultivated in pristine Dutch aquaculture, using refined milking techniques that preserve the health of the fish.

The profile is clean, complex, and indulgent. Firm pearls offer notes of toasted hazelnut and brine, finishing with a soft, buttery resonance. Elegant and expressive, this is caviar at its most poised.
